Refund & Replacement Policy – Rabo Restaurant
At Rabo Restaurant, we are committed to providing high-quality food and exceptional service. To maintain fairness and food safety, the following refund and replacement terms apply:
1. Order Cancellation
• Cancellation is only allowed within 3 minutes of placing the order.
• Once food preparation has started or the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
• Catering/event orders require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable for:
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing items
• Badly damaged packaging on arrival
• Spoiled food (reported within 15 minutes with photo/video proof)
Refunds are not provided for:
• Taste preference
• Customer not answering calls
• Incorrect address provided
• Traffic or weather-related delays
3. Replacement Policy
If a valid issue is reported, Rabo may offer:
• Replacement of the same dish
• Credit voucher for next order
• Partial or full refund (case-by-case)
4. No-Show or Unreachable Customer
If the rider cannot reach the customer for 10 minutes, the order may be marked as completed without eligibility for a refund.
